Hello colleagues,
I am working to try and find the best methods for measuring and
categorizing pronation during walking and running. There is a great
variation in what is deemed to be "over-pronation" and also in the measuring
methodology. The technique of measuring Navicular drop is intriguing, but I
cannot seem to find any information on what "too much" drop is, as well as
what is normal drop.
I would be much obliged for any feedback on this topic. Thank you, and take
care.
