I would like to know if anyone have an experience in using of
non-interlace video materials in a video-based motion analysis system
such as PEAK, SIMI, APAS, etc.
I would like to purchase an industrial grade high speed video camera
(e.g. Basler), which is a non-interlace format video camera, for
motion analysis purpose.
The major problem need to be solved is the filming rate recognition
in the motion analysis software. A 100Hz non-interlace video file may
recognize as 200Hz filming rate in the motion analysis software due
to the video formatting.
I have put the video file in APAS for testing which indicated a
double filming rate in calculation process. I need to confirm the
workability between non-interlace video files and video-based motion
analysis system before purchasing.
I also try to find some software (such as Labview) to convert the
non-interlace video into interlace video but didn't success.
Please provide some suggestions or solutions in this situation
(non-interlace + video-based motion system).
