Estimating internal stresses from MR images

Greetings

We would like to try and develop a system for computing pressures from MR
images for structures such as spinal discs and cartilage. I do not think it
is necessary to convince subscribers of this list of the value of such
technology, therefore I am keeping this message short.

In the past couple of weeks we have made significant progress in this area
and I would like to find out if we are working alone or possibly in
parallel with others. This may help us to find collaborators, industrial
and academic to speed up the process.

I would like comments, opinions and expressions of interest for
collaboration.
