Dear all,
For everyone who is interested in gait dynamics and the relationship
between robotic and human gait, I would like to recommend the Dynamic
Walking IV meeting, to be held 26-30 May 2008 in Delft, The Netherlands.
The meeting will be organized by the Delft Biorobotics Lab, in
cooperation with the Human Movement Laboratory of the VU University
Medical Center Amsterdam. There will be ample room for discussion on all
topics related to the fundamentals of human and robotic gait. The main
theme of this conference is stability of bipedal walking. We will
discuss how to measure, quantify, define, and obtain stability. The
program will be a highly interactive and diverse mix of lab tours,
tutorials, presentations, and discussions.
If you are interested in attending this meeting, please visit our
website www.dynamicwalking.org. Here you can find provisional
information and sign up for email updates. Or feel free to contact us
through the contact form if you have any questions.
Kinds regards,
Marjolein van der Krogt
