POSITION AVAILABLE
Position: Kinesiology, Associate/Assistant Professor, Tenure Track
Qualifications: Doctorate in Kinesiology or related field by August 2008 is required for appointment at the rank of Assistant/Associate Professor. The committee is seeking demonstrated excellence in teaching at the college and/or university level, experience in developing a motion/video analysis laboratory, evidence of active scholarship, and commitment to professional growth. Qualified candidates who can contribute, through their teaching, research, and/or service to the diversity and excellence of the academic community are urged to apply.
Responsibilities: Teaching Kinesiology, and other coursework within the major programs in Exercise Science, Athletic Training and Physical Education. Responsibilities also include student advising, assisting in the development of a motion and video analysis laboratory and enhancing the integration of this technology across programs and scholarly activity with students. Additional responsibilities include active service to the department, university, community, and profession.
Salary: Commensurate with experience
