Moment arms of elbow agonists

Dear fellow academicians:

Can anyone supply or lead me to a reference of the moment arm lengths and line
of action of the attachments of the biceps brachii, triceps brachii, and
brachialis muscles about the approximate center of rotation of the elbow joint?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
