Camera Lenses

Hi
this is srikanth kannan from university at buffalo. We are planning to buy 3
camera motion capture system from SimiMotion. Can somebody provide useful
information about selecting appropriate camera lenses(multi-purpose) for filming
humans as well as animals (mainly jaw/mastication motion). Any links to useful
literature about the same would be of great help.
