The institute of Biomedical Engineering, National Cheng Kung University
(NCKU) Taiwan invites applications for tenure-track faculty positions at the
assistant, associate, and full professor levels. Applicants must have earned
a Ph.D. Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline and have
demonstrated the potential for excellence in research and teaching.
The areas of preference are
1. Biomechanics, specifically cell and tissue mechanics, bio-fluid-mechanics
and/or orthopaedic biomechanics,
2. Biophotonics, and
3. Cellular/Molecular Engineering.
Expected Staring Date: February 1st / August 1st, 2009 (or as negotiated)
