    Research Technician position

    Bone Mechanics

    Imperial College London

    Starting Salary: £25,310 per annum
    Fixed Term appointment for up to 17 months

    A full-time research technician position in bone biomechanics is available in the Department of Bioengineering of Imperial College London. The primary project will be to compare bone structure across species including helping with data collection (scanning bones and gait analysis), image analysis, data management, and general lab management. The project is a collaboration between the Department of Bioengineering and the Royal Veterinary College’s Structure & Motion Laboratory
    Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering (bioengineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or related field). The candidate should have a strong academic record, some experience in independent research, and a strong interest in an interdisciplinary approach to research.

    Start date - Oct 2008
