get those abstracts submitted.

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
On behalf of the Gait and Clinical Movement Society we are pleased to invite
you to participate in the Society's 14th Annual Meeting to be held March
10-13, 2009 in Denver, Colorado, USA.
All abstracts submissions will be peer-reviewed and any abstracts in the
field of motion analysis are welcome, however, priority will be given to
abstracts not previously presented. Submissions for case studies must follow
the same format specifications for all other scientific program submissions.

CASE STUDIES:
In addition to traditional research abstracts, "case-study" abstracts will
also be accepted. Case-study abstracts should describe clinical situations
where motion analysis data was a key component in the evaluation,
understanding, and/or treatment of a movement pathology. The purpose of each
case study will be to highlight the role of gait analysis in determining the
treatment approach where traditional methods were found to be inadequate.
FEATURED TOPICS:
The conference will include keynote speakers, symposia, and tutorials
highlighting specific clinical and technical topics. On the clinical side,
Dystonia will be featured, while on the technical side, Dynamic Simulation
(both simple and complex models) will be featured. The organizing committee
would like to strongly encourage those doing research in these areas to
submit abstracts (traditional or case-study format).

Notification of Acceptance: December 1, 2008
