Dear Biomch-L subscribers,
We are currently looking to measure 3D Kinematics of swimming using the Polhemus StarTrak electromagnetic system.
However we have run in to a few problems where we are currently having issues with the communication between the sensor receiver and the computer along with the transmitter and the computer. It is causing issues with the field of view being halved, sensors not always connecting, and the calibration data being useless.
Has anyone used the StarTrak system or know of an institution who have or are using the system who may be able to assist.
