computer-aided drwaing program for computerized planimetry(cycling)

I just wanted to know if there is any computer-aided drawing program for
obteining the computerized planimetry of the frontal area of a cyclist.

Should you have information about a program which would help obtain the
frontal area of a cyclist , or any other way to obtain it please report it.
