We have recently encountered a problem when attempting to transfer files within the data management window of Vicon Nexus (1.3.106).
The system stalled and subsequently crashed during the initial transfer, and after reboot, the trials which were previously available for selection (ie. 1 to 10) within the file transfer window no longer appear. All trials are still available within the session. If data collection continues, subsequent trials (i.e. 11 to 20) will appear and are available for selection, in the file transfer window.
Our query relates to the possibility of restoring the desired trials to the file transfer window within the data management section of Nexus.
