    Researching Strength and Conditioning Science



    The Exercise and Sports Science program is one of the university's most
    successful and expanding areas. We have excellent facilities and leading
    undergraduate and postgraduate teaching supported by extensive research
    activities in a collaborative and collegial working environment. Our
    reputation in the teaching and research of strength and conditioning
    science is internationally recognised.



    You will undertake a leadership role in the Strength and Conditioning
    discipline in terms of teaching (at the undergraduate and postgraduate
    levels), research and supervision of Honours, Masters and PhD students.
    You must have a relevant PhD (Level C) or significant progress toward a
    PhD (Level B), and be able to demonstrate extensive experience as a
    Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Previous coaching experience is
    highly desirable. To be considered for appointment at Level C, you must
    have a significant research publication profile.



    Benefits & Remuneration

    This ongoing, full-time position attracts remuneration of $84,407 to
    $100,236 (Level B) or $103,398 to $119,225 (Level C) pa including 17%
    University superannuation contribution, with a salary component of
    $72,143 to $85,672 (Level B) or $88,374 to $101,902 (Level C) pa. ECU
    offers salary packaging options and generous annual leave. In support of
