Free Seminar on “Orthopedic Implant Simulation”
Time: June 10th, 2009 (9am-10:30am)
Location: Courtyard Irvine, 2701 Main St., Irvine, CA
Ozen Engineering invites you to participate in an upcoming seminar
dedicated to cutting-edge simulation techniques for orthopedic implant
design and evaluation. The specific topics that will be covered are:
• Modeling the Human Body – Musculoskeletal modeling and activities
of daily living
• Extracting and incorporating 3D geometry and material properties
from tomographic medical image data
• Coupling musculoskeletal modeling and finite element analysis
• Using fatigue, fracture and reliability analysis to design better
products
• Optimization of implant designs – Identifying and constructing
parametric studies for multiple objective optimization
The Orthopedic Implant Simulation Seminar is part of a full day
Symposia on Numerical Modeling and Computational Simulation. Please
feel free to attend the other specialized topics later in the day
including Optimization, Solar, and Acoustics simulations. Case
studies related to each topic will be presented.
Please RSVP at your earliest convenience to info@ozeninc.com to
reserve your seat for the session(s) you would like to participate
in. Refreshments will be provided. For more information, please
