Dear BIOMCH-L members,
I have a question for the BIOMCH-L community. I was wondering if there is a standard way to decompose the amplitude component of a continuous time-series/biosignal. Has anyone come across or developed strategies for dealing with this variation? I'm thinking of something analogous to a Fourier analysis or a wavelet, but a classifier-based approach would also be of interest. Thank you for your time.
