Dear scientists:
We are working with mimicc and Ansys to get 3-D images from CT data and related design and CAM ( computer aided manufacture ) of different endo prostheses.
One of my students want to work with ultrasonographic image to reconstruct some soft tissue part. USG is recorded in time domain. Only the frames of interest are captured and viewed by the expert to diagnose the abnormal tissue.
Is there any software available to reconstruct 3-D image from ultrasonographic image .
Please advise me if you know. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
