HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT (m/f) 100%
Your tasks:
In this challenging position, you will lead our skilled and enthusiastic
development team (15 mechanical, electronics and software engineers). In
close collaboration with our product managers, you turn their ideas,
visions and compiled customer requirements into premium medical products
for our global markets. Based on your strong experience in technical
project management from feasibility to industrialization, you guarantee
timely project execution and completion and you meet budget and
production-cost goals. You guide your team to comply with internal
processes, documentation guidelines and international development
standards for medical devices.
Your profile:
You are
• a dedicated and convincing person with strong leadership skills.
• able to solve problems, set priorities and act with great flexibility.
You have
• a BSc./MSc./PhD in engineering (mechanical, electrical, IT or
equivalent) or physics.
• proven experience of 5+ years in technical project management and
industrialization.
• an analytical mind that helps your engineers finding optimum solutions
in terms of customer value.
• excellent communication and personal interaction skills to lead the
team and cooperate with other departments involved.
• good language skills (oral and written form) in English. German is a
plus.
Experience with medical device development processes and standards is a
plus.
