Post-doctoral Fellow- Human Balance Disorders in Multiple Sclerosis

The Balance Disorders Laboratory in the Dept of Neurology has a National Multiple Sclerosis Society mentor-based fellowship entitled "Rehabilitation Research Training in Postural Control of Multiple Sclerosis". Post-doctoral or neurology fellows with a background in bioengineering, neuroscience, rehabilitation, biomechanics, and others interested in developing and testing objective measures of postural instability and the neuropathology of mobility disability in patients with ataxia due to multiple sclerosis are encouraged to apply. Research project depends on the background and interests of the fellow. The fellowship will start in 2010 and last 2-3 years.
Desirable Skillls: Matlab programming, human kinematics, excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills
