To support our company’s dynamic growth, we are looking for a committed
Human Movement Scientist or Physiotherapist
as Head of our Clinical Applications Department (m/f) 100%
Your tasks
In this Management position you are leading a team of physio- and
occupational therapists and human movement scientists. You report to the
upper management directly. Together with your team you are responsible
to build a global training concept, to further improve the clinical know
how within the company, to develop training principles and to coordinate
clinical user trainings for all Hocoma products. Furthermore the
establishment of clinical networks, initiation and coordination of
clinical trials and the support of the R&D, product management and the
sales and marketing teams are main activities. You will represent Hocoma
and its products worldwide at well recognized events and you will work
closely with external international partners and our international
subsidiaries.
Requirements
• Human movement scientist or physiotherapist with PhD degree or similar
• Highly interested in the field of rehabilitation
• 3+ years experience in the medical field
• Managerial experience
• Profound experience in leading and managing people
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Strategic thinker
• Proficient in interpreting and translating clinical research
• Very good command of English (German is an asset)
• Willingness to travel on a regular basis
