AREA: Biomechanics - Biomaterials

THEME: Physico-chemical and structural analysis of bone tissue.
The project aims to investigate material/ histomorphometric/ physical and chemical factors that affect the behaviour of human bone.

ELIGIBILITY: A degree in applied science, engineering, physics, chemistry, materials, or closely related subjects.

The post is open primarily to home (UK/EEA) candidates; and there is a generous stipend to accompany this post to cover subsistence and tuition fees.

DEADLINE: For applications is Friday 12 September 2009.

DURATION: 3 years - start date 11th October 2009
