We are looking for a Research Technician to work in the dynamic and successful Structure and Motion Group. Hutchinson and Renate Weller, Dr Lei Ren from Kings College London, Dr Olga Panagiotopolou (currently at Hull York Medical School), among others including animal foot FEA experts Dr. Christine Hinterhofer and Dr. Simon Collins.

The technician will be responsible for assisting all stages of the research process including training students and staff, aiding the collection of high quality data (force platform, pressure pad, motion analysis, 3D fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, dissection, and computer models), collating and analysing research results, undertaking risk assessments and implementing COSHH regulations and GRP.

Further information on the Structure and Motion Group can be found at http://www.rvc.ac.uk/SML/Index.cfm

More detail on the grant research is at: http://www.rvc.ac.uk/Research/News/BBSRCResearchGrant.cfm

Note application closing date of 25 September and interview date of 14 October. Unfortunately due to stringent UK immigration/hiring laws we may have difficulty shortlisting non-EEA/EU/UK applicants but they are still encouraged to apply if their skills fit the job description/person specification.
