    UPDATE AND INVITATION

    We are pleased to inform you that we have received over 270 abstracts for
    the CMMBE2010 meeting in Valencia www.cmbbe.cf.ac.uk. These abstracts are
    presently being reviewed and we will contact you in the next few weeks with
    details of acceptance and an initial programme. We would also like to take
    this opportunity to thank all those that have submitted abstracts in the
    general topics and to Special Sessions.

    We do not require a second call for abstracts however we do have some oral
    slots remaining particularly in Special Session SS6 on Cardiovascular
    Biomechanics and Special Session SS9 on Modelling of the Brain Vasculature.
    A full list of Special Sessions and topics can be found on the webpage
    http://www.cmbbe2010.cf.ac.uk/pages/topics.htm. If you do wish to forward
    an abstract then please do so through the website.

    We would also bring your attention to the Symposium main sponsors Arup

    PROGRAMME
    We are presently preparing the programme for the event and this will
    consist of over 30 plenary presentations, please see list of invited

    Special Sessions, 1 Mini-Symposium and a further 22 sessions on novel
    developments in computational biomechanics.
