We are in need of software that implements the Point Cluster Technique (PCT) as published in the following sources:
Andriacchi TP, Alexander EJ, Toney MK, Dyrby C, Sum J. A point cluster method for in vivo motion analysis: applied to a study of knee kinematics. Journal of Biomechanical Engineering 120(Dec): 743-749, 1998.
Alexander EJ, Andriacchi TP. Correcting for deformation in skin-based marker systems. Journal of Biomechanics 34: 355-361, 2001.
Our data sets will include calibration and dynamic trials, with all necessary markers for the PCT. These will be in C3D file format, but can be converted to other input formats if necessary (e.g., ASCII).
