    Tenure-Track Assistant Professor Faculty Position

    in Exercise Science

    California Lutheran University

    The rapidly growing Exercise Science Department is seeking applicants for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor position to begin Fall 2010. New facilities, state-of-the-art equipment and motivated students present an exciting opportunity. Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in Exercise Science or related fields, and must be committed to engaging undergraduate students in research and teaching excellence. Prior experiences in undergraduate teaching and course development are desirable. Candidates should have a demonstrated commitment to teaching, community involvement, and university service. An active research agenda is expected.

    CLU is a private liberal arts university dedicated to academic freedom and affiliated with the Lutheran Church in America. CLU is located in Thousand Oaks, California, midway between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara; the current enrollment is about 3400 students.
