Muscle fiber direction dataset

Dear all,

I am a research assistance at EPFL (Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de
Lausanne) and I am looking for a data set/description of the fiber
direction for the muscles in the lower limb. I searched the web and
for publications with this content but could find none.

Does anyone know if such a data set exist?
