We're looking for an efficient and reliable tool for measuring ankle plantar flexion in weight bearing (gettting up on toes) in a "nonlab" environmet for assessing dancers. We prferer a validated tool, with an option of a remote control unit to record the data.
If anyone have any expreience with measuring ankle ROM with electro-goniometers we would love to recieve feed-back.
We would also appreciate suggestions regarding tools or ways to measure acceleration of ankle plantar flexion movement (which is performed fast in our case) and/or vertical gorund reaction forces.
Any information, ideas and relevant literature will be very much appreciated.
