For those of you who missed the Discovery Channel special "Discovering Ardi" aired in October, we have created a special micro site which details the involvement of the LifeModeler Team with Professor Owen Lovejoy, evolutionary biologist on the Ardi project.
The micro site illustrates a new role for computational biomechanics in evolutionary biology and details the model building process and discovery of new information leading to the support of critical theories about efficient gait with a grasping foot.
