Dear All,
Due to several requests for an abstract submission deadline extension, the deadline has been extended to:
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 2010.
EXTENDED DEADLINE - FEBRUARY 15, 2010 http://www.3dma-10.org/abstracts.html
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the Eleventh
International Symposium on the 3-D Analysis of Human Movement in San
Francisco, California, from July 14 through 16, 2010.
The 3-D Analysis of Human Movement group is a technical sub-group of
the International Society of Biomechanics. The goal of the group is
to bring together specialists from biomechanics and human movement
science to present and discuss how advances in technology and modeling
contribute to the understanding of three-dimensional human motion.
Abstract submission for the meeting is now open!
Abstracts are currently being accepted through February 1, 2010.
Templates for abstract preparation can be found at the meeting website
http://www.3dma-10.org under Program, Abstracts. Abstracts should be
four pages in length. A 150 work summary should also be prepared.
Both documents should be submitted via email to info@3dma-10.org
All abstracts will be peer-reviewed. Selected abstracts will be
provided in electronic format to meeting attendees. There will be no
formal proceedings from the meeting so you may publish your work
independently.
Presenters whose abstracts are accepted as free papers will be given
15 minutes to present their work at the podium, followed by a question
and answer period. Presenters whose abstracts are accepted as posters
will be given a 2 minute “rapid fire” time slot to introduce their
topic. The poster introductions will be immediately followed by a
poster viewing session.
Please visit the website which also includes details about
registration (now open!), keynote speakers, the meeting venue, and
area attractions. We look forward to welcoming you to San Francisco!
Sincerely,
Wendy Murray, PhD
