    At the Rizzoli Institute we use a normalised impact factor, that
    divide the actual IF of the journal by the highest IF of the
    disciplinary journal cluster, as defined by ISI.

    Actually the story is a bit more complex, and it involves percentiles,
    but the essence is this one.
