Due to the extension of ASB abstract submissions, the award
application deadline has also been extended to March 19, 2010.
Applications for the Borelli, Hay and Young Scientist awards should
be sent to me at mcclay@udel.edu by March 19, 2010. Information
about these and all of the ASB awards, is available at http://
www.asbweb.org/html/awards/awards.html. The travel grant is also
available and intended to foster collaborative research and
interaction among scientists by helping to offset the cost of travel
to a host institution. Only ASB regular members (i.e., not students)
are eligible to apply. Travel and lodging costs may be requested.
Budget requests can be up to $1000. The deadline for applying is
March 15, 2010. Details are available at http://www.asbweb.org/ html/
grants/Travel.html.
