Least Squares Code - Carman & Challis

Does anyone can code which runs the Carman or Challis least squares
algorithms? John Challis developed an algorithm for determining the
rigid body transformation parameters (J. of Boimechanics, Vol 28, 1995)
while Carman's algorithm focuses on transformation parameters from
ill-conditioned marker coordinates (J. of Biomechanics, Vol 39, 2006).
Any help or suggestions are sincerely appreciated.
