  • Center of pressure deviation during gait with inverted or evertedhindfoot

    Dear all,

I am running a project studying the effect of subtalar inversion or
eversion on the lower extremity muscles during walking using simulation
methods. I got problem to determine how the center of pressure will
deviate from normal during the inverted or everted gait (which is needed
in modeling foot/ground contact). I prefer to find out a good enough
assumption, e.g. a numerical relationship of the degree of the inversion
with the lateral or medial excursion of COP. I have done some literature
searching, but no clear information showing this kind of relationship.
Anyone could give suggestions is really appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!!

    Best regards,
