Dear ASB Members, Past-Members, and Future-Members
Members of the American Society of Biomechanics have been renewing their memberships and journal subscriptions the past few months. About 50% of the membership has completed the renewal process. I invite all current and past ASB members to renew their memberships and I invite everyone else to join the ASB. Two benefits for joining the ASB are reduced registration fee at the annual meeting (in Providence, R.I. in August), reduced subscription rates to several journals, and eligibility to ASB grant programs....uh, three benefits are reduced registration fee at the annual meeting, reduced subscription rates to several journals, and eligibility to ASB grant programs....and all the fun ASB members have. Four benefits are...ok, I'll stop.
Please renew your membership or join the ASB and support your profession.
Please visit the ASB website: http://www.asbweb.org/ and click the Online membership site link to renew your membership or become a new member of ASB.
Please also forward this note to anyone who might be interested in joining the Society including your students and Lab personnel.
Please also visit the annual meeting website: http://brown.edu/Conference/American_Society_of_Biomechanics/
Thank you very much for supporting the American Society of Biomechanics.
With kind regards and apologies to those of you who have already renewed,
Paul
