We would like to bring to your attention that The European Society for Movement Analysis in Adults and Children (ESMAC) organises his annual gait course in Bologna, Italy. Details are below or can be found through http://www.esmac.org/ . There are still a limited number of places available.
Building on a tradition of well structured annual gait courses, this year's courses offer a unique opportunity by combining multidisciplinary expertise in the field of clinical gait analysis.
The three days Gait Course will introduce the concepts of clinical gait analysis to non-experienced or starting personnel. Concepts covered will include gait analysis terminology, measurement and processing techniques, as well as data interpretation. The course is delivered as a combination of Lectures and Small Group Workshops. Clinical case studies will provide an essential part of the teaching program.
The multidisciplinary Faculty consists of representatives of expert centres in the field of clinical movement analysis:

By train
>From Bologna train station, the N. 30 bus takes you in about 25 minutes to the Istituto Ortopedico Rizzoli.
By air
The Bologna airport “G. Marconi†(BLQ) is the third most important international airport in Italy. A shuttle connects the airport with Bologna centre and railway station in about 20 minutes.
Accommodation:
For the participants hotels affiliated with the Rizzoli Institute are available. All these accommodations are located in the historical centre of Bologna, with good connections to the Rizzoli Institute. Please make your hotel reservation directly with the hotel. For special rates you are kindly requested to mention the name of the Course. For further information at the Secretariat of the Course.
The number of attendees is limited to 80 participants.
