  • Equestrian research grant

    Dear BIOMCH-L subscribers,

The J. Pat Evans Research Foundation (www.rodeoresearchfoundation.org) makes available to qualified individuals, through its grants program financial support for medical and scientific research in equine sports. The primary objective of these grants is to fund exceptional research projects that will have clinical and field significance to the development of the rodeo athlete. This small grants program offers a $5,000 grant or, at its discretion, multiple awards adding up to $5,000. Those interested in applying should consult the foundation's website (link above), or contact the research director (Jason Mihalik) via e-mail. Grant submission deadline is July 1, 2010. With permission, extensions may be granted due to short notice of deadline. Thank you for your interest in this small grants program.

    Regards,
    Jason
