We are seeking to recruit a Cardiff Academic Fellow as part of the
Arthritis Research UK Biomechanics and Bioengineering Centre, to work on
the development of novel biomaterials to enhance osseointegration of
orthopaedic implants. This is a permanent position, in which the first 5
years are funded by Arthritis Research UK and will have a research remit.
>From year 6, the post will become a lectureship subject to satisfactory
performance review and probation. This is a joint position between the
Schools of Engineering and Pharmacy, and will also involve close
collaboration with the Schools of Biosciences, Medicine, Dentistry and
Healthcare Science.
