    Post-Doctoral Position in Biomechanics at University of Delaware

    POSITION DESCRIPTION
    An NIH-funded post-doctoral research position in the area of neuromuscular biomechanics is currently available at the Center for Biomedical Engineering Research in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Delaware. The successful candidate will be responsible for data capture using motion analysis technology, post-processing, database management, and synthesis of results into journal publications. Plus he/she will have opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration through the newly formed Delaware Rehabilitation Institute.

    REQUIREMENTS
    The ideal candidate will have a PhD or equivalent degree in biomechanics, biomedical engineering or related field. Experience with human subjects testing will be especially desirable. The candidate must possess independent research skills and communicate effectively with a range of people with varied backgrounds. The position requires a minimum 1 year commitment. Competitive salary and benefits are provided.
