  • Porcine femur and tibia specimen

    Dear Colleagues

We are trying to procure femur and tibia specimens from pigs - ages 9 to 18 months. Since the pigs slaughtered for meat are usually 6 months old, we are unable to find a vendor for older specimen.

We would like to contact other researchers / investigators who use older pigs for their research studies. Also, any help / recommendation in identifying a source for 9-18 month old porcine femur and tibia specimens would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Sri
