FACULTY POSITION IN THE DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICAL THERAPY
TEMPLE UNIVERSITY
An open rank non$B!>(Btenure track position is available in the Department of
Physical Therapy at Temple University in Philadelphia. We are rapidly
expanding our academic and clinical practice activities and we are seeking
an individual with expertise in the treatment of adult or pediatric
neurological disorders. We are building an orthopedic residency program with
the objective of adding a neurological or pediatric residency as part of our
5 year plan. Our current faculty practice is thriving, and we are
anticipating that we will expand our caseload to include a greater
percentage of patients with neuromuscular disorders. To support this growth,
we are seeking an experienced clinician in the neuromuscular practice area.
Opportunities in this position include teaching in the entry level DPT
program, collaborating with research faculty in clinical research, and
working with the faculty clinical practice and residency programs.
Individuals applying for this position should be experienced Physical
Therapy clinicians, preferably with clinical specialist certification (in
Neurology, Pediatrics, or Geriatrics) Or completion of a neurology
residency. A degree and licensure in Physical Therapy is required. Prior
Teaching or clinical research experience preferred. Academic rank and
