    Applications are now being solicited from highly motivated individuals
    for an immediately available Systems Requirements Analyst position in
    the Office of the Chief Medical Information Officer (OCMIO), under the
    Office of the Surgeon General, U.S. Army with the following:

    The available position is Full Time in direct support of Office of the
    Chief Medical Information Officer (OCMIO), under the Office of the
    Surgeon General, U.S. Army and will:

    -Support to the Business and Theater IM/IT systems and services for
    users, serve as the liaison between the healthcare community and
    leadership, collaborate, coordinate, communicate, and cooperate with
    DoD, Military Health System, Army, and AMEDD partners to design,
    develop, implement, and support/sustain business and Theater systems to
    improve healthcare service delivery across the full spectrum of care.

    -Support the BTSI mission of creating a culture of excellence and
    quality through the integration of healthcare services research, change
    management, and healthcare information technology, confer with
    customers, stakeholders, and other constituents to facilitate
    performance of needs analysis to define opportunities for new or
    improved business process solutions, and analytical processes to the
    planning, design, and implementation of new and improved information
    systems to meet the business requirements of customer AMEDD
    organizations.

    -Participate in workgroups, integrated product/process teams,
    committees, and boards and provide support to branch chief and AMEDD
    SMEs, analyze processes or problems and participate in the system design
    process, providing input and feedback to the branch chief, consult with
    customers to solicit, analyze and document functional requirements under
    the supervision of the branch chief.

    -Perform feasibility studies for proposed systems and applications;
    assist in preparing business cases for the application of IT solutions
    and developing cost estimates for new or modified systems, participate
    in functional requirements analysis and business process re-engineering,
    analysis of technical specifications, and/or analysis and enhancement of
    existing applications.

    -Work with other teams, both internally and externally, to ensure that
    assigned automated systems are properly documented within the enterprise
    architecture, IM/IT Strategy and governance process, provide assistance
    to the Deputy for Business and Theater Systems Integration and AMEDD as
    necessary to ensure the assigned systems under development meet the
    approved functional requirements and are prepared for deployment and
    sustainment, participate in the development of functional requirements
    specs, TEMPs, project/workgroup charters, system change requests, user
    guide/training packages, PowerPoint presentations, cost-benefit
    analyses, capability-based analyses, EXSUMs, information papers.

    -Submit weekly progress report to the Deputy summarizing the week's
    accomplishments and objectives for the following week, act as the
    liaison between the Information Management point of contact and user
    communities for all assigned automated systems including coordination of
    issue resolution and submission and resolution of system change requests
    under the direction of the Chief.

    Required Knowledge/Skills

    -Master's degree preferred and related experience

    -Prefer related experience in Army Medical Department

    -Candidates MUST have U.S. citizenship or the ability to obtain
    citizenship, and be able to pass a government background investigation
