About a year ago we purchased the IDEEA accelerometry-based system from MiniSun for real-world physical activity detection and portable gait analysis. Our system has been giving us problems and we have had the system in for service several times. MiniSun has been happy to help, but they were unable to reproduce some of the problems we have had, such that they are still not fixed. We are not sure if it is our computer, our set-up, or something else entirely.
We are hoping to talk with other users about their experiences to see if the problems we are having are common and how we might better troubleshoot. If you have experience using the IDEEA system, we would appreciate hearing from you.
