    ASSOCIATE OR FULL PROFESSOR (Tenure-Track, Log# 11-027, PVA# 58655) or

    WITH ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES AS DIVISION HEAD

    DIVISION OF PHYSICAL THERAPY
    SCHOOL OF HEALTH PROFESSIONS
    COLLEGE OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SCIENCES

    The Division of Physical Therapy, School of Health Professions in the
    College of Health and Human Sciences at Georgia State University (Atlanta,
    Georgia) is seeking to fill a tenure-track or non-tenure-track senior
    faculty position (Associate or Full Professor) with administrative duties as
    head of the Division of Physical Therapy. The Division of Physical Therapy
    has 11 full-time tenure-track and non-tenure track faculty and several
    part-time faculty. The Division of Physical Therapy offers a Doctor of
    Physical Therapy degree. Additional information about the Division of

    individual in this position will be responsible for overseeing the general
    operation of the Division of Physical Therapy and will report to the
    Director of the School of Health Professions. Other responsibilities
    include teaching in the primary area of expertise, research, supervision of
    graduate student projects, and service to the university and professional
    communities.

    Salary is commensurate with experience.

    Minimum Requirements:
    Ph.D., Ed.D., or DPT
    Eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of
    Georgia
    Academic credentials, including teaching and research experience,
    consistent with appointment at the Associate or Full Professor level
    Evidence of strong written and oral communication skills, and
    excellent interpersonal skills
    Convincing evidence of the ability to administer a program and
    faculty offering graduate degrees
