    The School of Kinesiology at the University of Michigan invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level. Individuals with training and expertise in basic, clinical or translational research are encouraged to apply. Candidates whose research is focused on the prevention, treatment, and/or rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries are preferred. A PhD is required and postdoctoral training is highly desirable. Preference will be given to applicants who are BOC certified. Candidates must have the ability to establish a funded research program. A strong commitment to teaching undergraduate courses in athletic training and graduate courses in their area of research specialty is required. The individual will be expected to acquire external funding for research and to contribute to interdisciplinary research activities in the School of Kinesiology.
