Thank you to all those people who have already filled this in.
Many people have received this survey with the tables broken up

This survey has been cross posted to several listservers, so

The purpose of this questionnaire is to survey the use of sources
on the Internet by academic, laboratory based, research scientists and
compare it with their use of traditional sources
