Joint Loading Data Needed

I am looking for information to aid in the development of small
joint prosthetic devices. I need some suggestions on where to
find the following:

1) In-Vitro forces (stress)

2) In-Vivo forces (stress)

3) Joint contact stress

For the following areas:

hand
foot
wrist
small joints
metatarsal
metacarpal
great toe
phalanx
