PRELIMINARY ANNOUNCEMENT
LOCATION
The University of Jyvdskyld is located in the in the capital of the
Province of Central Finland, 270 kilometers north from Helsinki. As a small
inland town in the hart of the Finnish lake district it offers quiet and
pleasant surroundings for the symposium.
SCOPE
This satellite Symposium on Computer Simulation in Biomechanics to the XVth
I.S.B. congress will be a scientific and technical reunion for investigators
of computer simulation in the various fields of biomechanics. By the different
forms of presentations such as workshops or round table discussions, this
meeting will enable the participants as well to see and discuss specific
details of programs and techniques, as well as to share information relating
to methodology.
