Dear subscribers,
We are trying to analyze the spontaneous leg movements of infants
with down syndrome compared to non-handicapped. We would like to
find software to analyze the resultant velocity profiles of the right
leg versus the left leg. We thought of cross-correlation techniques
or cross-FFT since we are interested in finding the phase-lags between
the legs and the maximal correlation value (or total coherence). So,
the question is: is there anyone who has used these techniques or
similar that would share them with us? Is there any commercial package
that would do it?
Thanks in advance,
