CALL FOR PAPERS
22nd International Workshop on Human
Subjects for Biomechanical Research
The twenty-second International Workshop on Human Subjects for
Biomechanical Research will commence at 9:00 AM on Sunday, October 30,
1994 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida at the Fort Lauderdale Marina Marriott. This is
a call for papers that are suitable for presentation at this workshop. We are
looking for topics related to recent innovations or difficulties in human cadaver
transducer installation and human cadaver impact testing methodology. Any
paper about mathematical simulations or dummy tests must be oriented toward
preparing for biomechanical tests with human cadavers or examining the
ramifications of previous human cadaver experiments. Should you wish to make
a presentation, please submit a title and short abstract on or before September
30th to:

This Workshop is associated (but not affiliated) with the Stapp Car Crash
Conference, which begins on October 31st. The Society of Automotive
Engineers is providing the meeting room.
The basic purpose of this Workshop (as set up twenty years ago) is to provide a
forum for the exchange of ideas or the presentation of current studies relative to
trauma investigations with human cadavers. The workshop is to be conducted in
surroundings that emphasize participation in problem-solving efforts.
Spontaneous participation and unrehearsed verbal contributions are encouraged.
