Dear list readers,
a doctoral student of mine is preparing his thesis and have a problem
with i a reference, which it has been suggested that he should include,
and which is not accessable in Sweden.
Problem: we do not have the full reference and, hence, problems to order
it from abroad.
We would be grateful for help with relevant authors, volume and page
numbers, and even more grateful for abstract or full article over fax.
